Pictures of spring in NYC

Rather than write a post about how wonderful it is that spring is finally here in New York City, I thought I'd just say it in pictures.

  3. Alex, yup, there were people from all over the world there taking selfies with the Queen. The Macy's flower show is amazing. Even more incredible is the Philadelphia Flower Show. Anyone been to that one?

  5. So beautiful! Thanks for sharing the images. Unfortunately, it's still drizzly and cold up here in Maine. Total suckage. But I'm thrilled for you!

  7. Beautiful. The crabapple trees here have about been done in by the wind, but we had a week of gorgeous color. :)

  9. Sorry you're still dealing with rain, Sheri. Kelly, it's sunny and still slightly chilly here, but by BEA time it should be warm too. LG, yup, it's still colorful, even if half the blossoms are on the grass! Meradeth, Holland donated tons of tulips to NYC after 9/11 so all of the parks here are full of tulips too. Love 'em. Yes, Lee, the Red Queen kind of inspires the mind to create a paranormal just for her.

  14. Very nice. You know, we have spring instead of winter here, so spring is coming to be associated with the holidays and Valentines day on the far end. Is that crazy or what?

  15. Crystal, do you mean in Florida?
Sarah, I hope spring comes to you soon!
Suze, Jayne, Ellie, yup, whoever thought up The Red Queen was kinda genius.

  16. Those are beautiful. I don't recall NYC being so colorful in the spring... but I was probably too busy rushing to work then home. :)
